The pandemic has often excessively overloaded the internet and some areas of the territory have struggled with this problematic situation. The “Municipality of Gandino”, supported by “Confindustria Bergamo” and two important Italian Technological companies (Planetel and Tesmec), promoted the installation of a first branch of optical fiber in the southern area of its territory.
On December 17 2021, with a great satisfaction of all the company staff, Nuova Gandiplast Srl was officially connected to the new and highly performing fiber optic network from Planetel.
